Doing some software updates and housekeeping. On my MacBook Settings, General, Login Items & Extensions, I see: 1Password7.app 12-57-36-375.app Obviously old as I've been on 1Password 8 for so...

Have you also checked ~/Library/?

Hold the ⌥ Option key and click the Go menu in Finder > Library. Then check LaunchAgents there too, and make sure to restart your Mac.
