1PUX export failing

Hello,

I do have a support request regarding this issue. Jac, from support, was quick to respond, and it's probably in his queue of work. I decided to raise the issue with the community on the chance someone knows something that might expedite things. Also, I'm starting to worry about the integrity of my data.

The export to 1PUX fails with a generic message. The logs are more ominous. It seems that the export to 1PUX requires information be downloaded from the server. The download is failing and the log indicates "File integrity does not match..." for one encrypted file being downloaded. The failure occurs on two different Mac's tried. I have not tried removing the local copy of the offending file or any other repair.

Other errors in the log might be innocuous (5 or so today, before attempting export). One seems concerning, saying "Error creating system vault for account...".

I count on my frequent 1PUX exports to provide a measure of comfort should something break on the 1Password servers. My last successful backup was in February, so at risk are my recent entries, though they do appear in the CSV exports which do work.

Is there a risk of data loss on the 1Password servers? Is there a way to get a 1PUX export without relying on the 1Password servers? Does anyone have any insights?

I will try various other scenarios to try work around this problem (a new login account, a fresh install of 1Password on a machine that doesn't have it), but I'd like to hear from others regarding thoughts on the issue.

The issue is affecting other users which makes it a bit more worrying.

Thanks
