1PW Menu Unresponsive Under Ventura

I’m on a 27” Intel-powered iMac running Ventura. I have a problem with V 8.10.78 1Password (1PW) that just started. I noticed that the application had crashed (the stand alone app, not the browser extension), and after restarting the application, the menu was unresponsive. Clicking on any heading does not display the menu, and the only way to quit is CMD-Q.

I’ve restarted the app and computer, but it did not solve the problem.

Am I the only one having this problem, or is it already reported and (hopefully) being fixed?

    Hi bocaboy,

I took a look around and didn't see any other reports of this, so I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password:

    Send a diagnostics report (Mac)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

A link to this thread: https://www.1password.community/discussions/1password/1pw-menu-unresponsive-under-ventura/157077
    Your forum username: bocaboy

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!

Thanks for including that ID bocaboy.

I can see that my colleague followed up via email a few hours after receiving your diagnostics. If you're still encountering issues with 1Password for Mac you can respond to that email for assistance.

If there's anything else we can help with, just let us know! Thanks again.
