1PW refusing to open sites with duplicate passwords

1PW has started refusing to open sites that may have duplicate passwords or allegedly be compromised. I - i.e. the OWNER of my 1PW data - will decide if and when I should change a password - not A...

Are you experiencing an issue with the Open and fill feature from 1Password in the browser or the 1Password desktop app? Does this occur on all or a specific Login item?
