2FA stops working on various websites

I have 1Password on mobile, browser (FF), and linux. I periodically have an issue where for various websites the 2FA stops working (i.e. the 2FA codes are no longer valid) and I have to file a suppor...

I'm experiencing same issue. I noticed that only the 1Password apps mobile OTP is accepted on either the mobile itself or on Win11 Chrome.
