Account still frozen even subscribed
My account has once had 14-day trial, and it was frozen for a period of time. Today I decided to pay monthly and see, and the transaction was done on App Store. However, nothing has changed and my account is still frozen.
When I go to the account, the status is still showing “frozen” and ask me to “subscribe”. Tapping on the monthly option brings up the pop up that I paid already.
Meanwhile, I haven’t seen any emails of the receipt from Apple, or that from 1Password showing I have upgraded.
I have emailed to the support and my support ticket ID is 551416. I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible instead of paying for a month but ending up not being able to use your services.
