Amazon.com passkey
Hi there. Almost every time that I sign in to Amazon.com using my stored credentials, I'm prompted by 1Password to update or store a passkey. Why is this happening? As far as I know, a passkey doesn't constantly need to be regenerated or updated. This has been happening for several months and doesn't appear to be unique to my current OS (MacOS 26.0.1), browser (Brave 1.83.118), or 1Password v8.11.14.

I'm sorry that you're being prompted to update your passkey, I've tried to reproduce the issue but I don't see the same behaviour on my own device. Can you double-check that you don't have multiple versions of 1password installed in Brave? You can check by typing the following into your browser and pressing enter:
- brave://extensions/
If you only see one version of 1Password then can you post a screenshot of the passkey prompt that you see from 1Password?-Dave
