Android Passkey autofill stops working after toggling 1Password autofill "Show passkey suggestions"

When I toggled "Show passkey suggestions" option in the Autofill settings off, it stops showing passkeys in autofill from 1Password as expected. 

If I toggle it back on - it continues not showing passkeys and the only way to fix it is to re-install 1Password. This happens in both browsers (Chrome) and native apps.
