App linking

Hi,

While I see that there are many requests stemming from Android (https://1password.community/discussion/148975/cant-link-mysubaru-app-to-1password-android?utm_source=community-search&utm_medium=organic-search&utm_term=linked+apps or https://1password.community/discussion/146651/1p-doesnt-autofill-android-app-even-when-the-app-info-is-linked-in-the-account-info?utm_source=community-search&utm_medium=organic-search&utm_term=linked+apps), and I read from replies that the team is actively monitoring these issues, I believe that the approach has been reductive so far, and it's leaving the burden on the app and on the OS (android vs macos vs whatever)

What I wanted to propose is a different flow where, instead of relying on an app linking prompt when filling a login field, users can proactively pair an app with a login entry from within one password.

Just as we add a new section like "password" or "email" or "note", we could also add apps and select from the ones installed on our device.
