ModeratorThanks for the reply. The flow used to unlock your Mac and the flow used to unlock third-party apps both work slightly differently. For example: you need to double-press the side button to unlock both 1Password and macOS system prompts but you don't need to do that to unlock your Mac.
Authenticating a system prompt is more similar to how 1Password uses Apple Watch unlock and can tell us if the issue that you're running into matches the issue that we've reported to Apple.
