Archiving all items in a vault

A long time ago, I started putting items that I didn't need anymore into a vault that I called "Graveyard" because, if I remember correctly, at that time it wasn't possible to search in the Archive. ...

    Items that are archived no longer show up in search results or as suggestions when filling logins into websites open in the browser or other apps. The Archive is meant as a place where you can store items that you no longer need right now but want to keep just in case you need them in the future. 

    If you'd prefer to use separate vaults to store different types of items then you can definitely do that as well. You can even use collections to choose which vaults you see in the 1Password app: Use collections to create custom groups of vaults
