Autofill keeps duplicating my entries (iOS and Mac)

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I'm having trouble reproducing it because it really doesn't happen every time. But I'll keep an eye on it.
So far it's been only on Firefox (my only browser) but it also has happened when unlocking apps which have a web view embedded in them.

I'll keep an eye on it and let you know where exactly I experience it again.
