Thanks for reporting this issue.
I'm having a hard time reaching the payment form on this website. Can you please reach the payment form and collect the page's structure for us?
Here's how:

  1. Get to the credit card form but do not autofill it.
  2. Right click the 1Password icon on the top right corner of your browser and select "Help" -> "Collect Page Structure".
  3. Send us the downloaded file to mailto:support+x@1password.com alongside a short description of the issue and a link to this discussion here.
