Blank app screen after successful sign in

When I try to open the app, I am prompted to enter my password. Upon entering my password successfully, the app opens, signaling I am successfully in, but the window is completely blank. There is no viewable or manipulatable content/interface. I can access all my content through the website and the plug-in continues to function when I am logging in to accounts on other websites. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded. I have updated my computer's system. I have restarted the computer several times. Please advise!

    You can and should use tags to help identify your platform instead of using DISCUSSION, however for anyone to provide any help you will need to provide at least the platform (operating system) and version along with the 1Password client version, perhaps with install method where there are choices on your platform.
    Sometimes hardware details are relevant, but I suggest waiting for details to be requested if they appear relevant.

    While a picture of a blank window seems pointless, useful information can be revealed. I recommend posting a picture of the whole window with some surrounding screen for context.
