BUG - Tips cards have different sizes

Hey guys, this looks pretty bad: 1Password Version: 8.10.18 _Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: 17.0.3 _Browser: Not Provided

With the newest Update the card size is now right but the content has no padding.
This is a title/text line amount problem:

German: 3 title/text lines -> padding wrong

English: 2 title/text lines -> padding right
