Bug/ Improvement: Share Watchtower Score (destination) and relabel „Twitter“

If you want to share your „Watchtower“ score there are just two options.

One is copy to clipboard which is fine.
The other on is „Twitter“. Which should be relabeled to X. Furthermore X is (at least for me dying) so would be nice if you can add Mastodon or other networks aswell or an option to open the (iOS) Sharesheet.
