Bug when adding a document from image

My workflow: 1. select a vault 2. select Documents 2. push + 4. choose "Photo from Camero Roll" 5. select an image The gui jumps back to the categories overview. I have to open the Doc...

I apologize for the ongoing issue. I'm unable to recreate the bug using the steps you've provided. Can you let me know which version of the 1Password for iOS app you're using? As of this writing, the latest version is 7.9.6 . If you're not already on 7.9.6, can you update the app to see if that helps resolve the issue?
