can a delete item that still can be seen be undeleted?

I deleted the wrong item recently and can see it in the recently deleted items but can't see the password. Can it be undeleted? If it can, how?

    Hello @marlenem! 👋

    If the deleted item can still be seen in Recently Deleted then you can right-click on the item and click Restore Item.
