Cannot add 2FA to OpenAI ChatGPT

Hi, I have tried this on multiple computers and my phone, so it is not a device specific thing. I am trying to add 2FA on my ChatGPT account, and even though it is succesfully added in 1Password, the verification key it has fails and I get the error that the 6 digit failed to match.

This does not matter if I have scanned the QR code in the first place, or added the long string to add this. 

I have the latest app on both the computers I tried this and the phone (iPhone).

Any ideas on what the issue is?
