Cannot open 1password

I can't open the "use 1password" button in Google Chrome Settings password. It's grey and I can't click on it. How to solve this situation

It's obviously gray and white and can't be clicked

    Are you able to open 1Password in your browser by pressing the Ctrl + shift + x keys? That should open 1Password in your browser, if it's working properly, and help us get started with investigating what the issue may be.
