Can't activate TouchID on 1Password for Mac

Hey,

Everything else related to touchID is working normally. The option to activate it in 1Password is greyed out for me.

On another user account in the same Mac it works.

What can I do to fix this?

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing unlocking 1Password with Touch ID. I believe I know the issue you're seeing and I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

    Hey,

    Thanks. There were no unsynced items. So, I followed the steps to delete the Data folder and setup everything once again and that fixed the issue.
