Can't edit Secure Notes field, nor even see it, sometimes

I'm sorry for the confusion. There are two different fields when you're adding text to an item:

1. The label.
2. The value.

The label gives a descriptive title to the information that you enter as the value (the note itself). If you add a text field to an item that only has a label but no value then that field won't show up when you're viewing an item since there's no value there. Here's a screenshot illustrating labels and values:

You can create a text field with no label if you wish, just enter your note into the value (the bottom) field. The field will look like this in edit mode:

And it will look like this in view mode:

In a few cases, when I put too many characters in the first line of a text field, and add other text to the second line, I may not be able to see all the text in the first line on my iPhone. The text displayed is simply truncated.

I see the the labels of text fields properly wrapped on my iPhone. Can you tell me a little more about the issue? How many characters do the labels that aren't being wrapped have? Are you able to post a screenshot of what you see? Make sure that you don't include anything sensitive in the screenshot.
