Hi jmjm,

My apologies for the mistake! In that case, you can email support@1password.com to start a new ticket and they'll be able to help you troubleshoot why the Ticketmaster passkey isn't being saved in 1Password.

    Oh, ok. (This type of question re 1P's "behaviour" at specific site isn't dealt with in the "1Password for Home" forum?)

      Hi jmjm,

      In this case, Support will likely want you to submit diagnostic reports that contain information you wouldn't want to share in a public forum, so email is the better option!

        I guess I was thinking and hoping that you might try to recreate this same behaviour. This type of problem solving used to happen in these forums.
