Can't log in with Correct info-Hacked? Virtually no support from 1 Password

Hi, 

Can someone in the community help? 1 Password FINALLY responded to my panicked emails 6 HOURS after I emailed and now has not replied AGAIN  for TWO HOURS after I sent them the requested info.

Maybe the community will care more. I may have been hacked. I have the correct pw, secret key, login etc but can't log in! Unfortunately I am the admin and did not set up a recovery code. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any idea how to reach someone at 1 Password who will actually respond? Thanks for your help!

    One of my colleagues is working on a response to you via email, you'll receive it soon. I know how stressful a situation like this can be and our team over on the email side is in the best position to assist since they have access to account information that we here in the community don't have access to. Please continue working with the team over email, they'll be able to help you get to the bottom of this.
