Chrome Browser Plug-In Keeps Locking Itself and Not Working Properly

Hello JNelly71! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into trouble with 1Password in Chrome. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:

  1. Do you see an error message telling you that 1Password is offline? If you do then can you post a screenshot?
  2. Do you have the desktop app installed?
  3. Are you having to enter in your Secret Key and account password to sign into your account repeatedly? Or are you just being prompted for your account password?
