Correct Alphabetical Order? (Plus A Glitch With The App)

1P_Dave , I'm not sure that my post about this is still relevant at this juncture, but basically I wondered about the thinking behind the ordering of the tags, based on capitalization. We could probably suspend this request/post, but I greatly appreciate you taking the time to respond to our concerns.
