Crashing bug on M1 Max MBP?

I just got a new MBP (14" M1 Max, 32gb RAM, etc). 1Password consistently crashes when open. It will work for a few minutes and will crash either while using it or when it's in the background. See...

Did you receive a Support ID from BitBot that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]?
