Date format does not match locale settings

I'm not sure where to ask this question. I'm also not sure it has been asked before. I search for date format but found many outdated issues. The closest I found was https://1password.community/discu...

I was already wondering why I had never noticed this before. Good luck and let's hope for a quick solution!

PS: Using yyyy-mm-dd as the default instead of mm/dd/yy will be less ambiguous if it breaks again for some reason 😀
