Delete a Migration Entry

I have an entry in 1Pv8 titled: 1Password Account Migration.

Based on the entry’s “last edited” date (over 6-years ago), I believe this was part of my migration from 1Pv6 to 1Pv7. In the entry’s Note section, it states “This item contains information to help you migrate your other devices to your account. Please do not delete this item.”

I’m trying to cleanup some very old and obsolete items in 1Pv8. Since all my other devices have migrated twice since this entry was created, is it going to cause any issues if I delete the entry? If so, what is the impact?
