Does 1PW8 support Smart Folders?

ahortin I think they're are going to tell you that Collections are like Smart Folders — they are not, in any meaningful way.
I have been hoping for some years now to see a true implementation of Smart Folders, one based on the Finder method for the selective inclusion AND/OR exclusion of items based on a broad set of parameters : Account, Vault, Category, Tag, Watchtower status, item content, usage and time.
I think at this point, 1Password 8 is suffering from considerable push-back due to damaged functionality and numerous bugs. It remains to be seen whether the new non-native implementation in version 8 can even return the essential features missing from 1Password 7, without torturing oneself with a wishlist that includes Smart Folders.
