Does 1PW8 support Smart Folders?

Thanks for your feedback on this. As it currently stands, 1Password 8 doesn't have any sort of Smart Folders or saved searches functionality. With that said, I absolutely see how that functionality is useful, and I've added you both to a feature request on this.

Also, is there anyway (either in 1PW7 or 1PW8) to bulk update logins (i.e. select multiple logins and add/edit or remove tags to them all at once)?

You can select multiple items in a list, and drag them to a new tag, or right click the tag in the sidebar and delete the tag.
