I can not understand why this has been marked as closed as the issue still exists.?
Currently using 1Password for Mac 8.11.22.

Welcome to the community! Marking a post as a solution to a thread doesn't mean that the issue/request itself is solved or closed. It's a way to highlight the most up-to-date answer for anyone who stumbles onto the thread in the future.
It appears that the issue is still open in our development team's backlog and I'm sorry for any confusion caused. You can use either option until the issue is resolved.

It seems this issue has been reported before on this post: Duplicate context menu | 1Password Community and I am also having this same issue, it has been two months and seems it hasn't been fixed yet.
It happens only on Safari. I'm on macOS Sequoia 15.5, Safari Version 18.5 (20621.2.5.11.8), 1Password for Mac 8.11.1 (81101001), 1Password browser extension version 8.10.82.29 81082029, on STABLE channel. Any updates on a fix for this? FYI was using 1Password 7 before and upgraded to 8 when this issue started to appear on my Mac.
