Duplicate creation
When a new password is saved through the browser it creates duplicates. This has happened for a number of items for me when saved from browser.

Hello vishalsheth! 👋
Thank you for reaching out. The most likely explanation is that you chose to create a new item when saving a password rather than update an existing item, 1Password will provide you with an option to do both:
If you did choose to update an existing item then can you tell me the following so that I can investigate further:- In which browser and on what website are you seeing the issue?
- Can you share steps that I can follow to reproduce the issue?
- Are you able to reproduce the issue again?
I look forward to hearing from you.-Dave

I’m saving in Safari.
I’m doing the same through the extension as that pops up to save new passwords.
I’m updating to a new as it doesn’t exist.
after this is done and when I try to search for it on the computers it doesn’t show. When I search for the same on my mobile device it shows 2 of them. It appears on the computer after a while.- 1P_Dave

I'm sorry for the delay in replying. The next time that the issue occurs, I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your iOS device:
Send a diagnostics report (iOS)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
