Edge Extension shows no items

I use 1Password's Edge Extension on two computers (one Windows 10, one Windows 11). Occasionally on both, I can log into the extension and it shows my accounts and vaults list, but no logins or other items at all. If I attempt a search, the list is still empty.

I have found that if I right-click on the 1Password icon and choose Manage extension, then turn 1Password off and on again, it works normally at least for a while.

Any advice or suggestions?

  • Sorry to go silent. This problem seems to have healed itself, perhaps because of an app update.

    I'm sorry that you sometimes don't see your login items in 1Password for Edge. The next time that the issue occurs, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:

    Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:
