I have upgraded to 1Password 8 for Mac. Yesterday I had to re-set my iPhone settings and since then I cannot use Face ID to open 1Password. I have re-installed the 1Password app, checked to make sure 1Password is approved for using Face ID on my phone. Can you advise?

@indervoort the easiest thing to do is to delete 1Password 8 and reinstall 1Password 7. It still works properly.

Hi all. I am experiencing the same problem and my iPhone is running on iOS 16. Is there meanwhile anything I can do to fix this as it is really annoying to enter the password each time? Best regards, Holger

Same. This is extremely frustrating. How isn’t this fixed yet? This is literally losing people to iCloud Keychain by the day.

@FezVrasta thanks for the suggestion, I've passed it along to the team! Our developers are working on a fix that will allow 1Password for iOS to avoid the biometric unlock issue entirely and we plan to include that fix in a future update as soon as we can. We understand how important biometrics are for users and appreciate your continued patience.

Have been experiencing this for about 4 months now. Pretty much stopped using the app on iOS.
