Hey meglmt​! We don’t have a free plan, so you’re likely either on a trial or using an older standalone version of 1Password. Either way, upgrading won’t remove anything, all of your data will still be there.

The Secret Key is the important piece here. If you’re still signed in anywhere, you should be able to find it pretty easily:

• In the 1Password app (under your account details)
• On 1Password.com (from a browser you’ve signed in with before)
• Or in your Emergency Kit if you saved it

If you don’t have access to any of those, that’s where things get a bit tricky since we don’t have a way to recover your Secret Key.
