3 years agoHas functionality for importing software license info been removed from 1Password?
I used to be able to import License info from a CSV file. I cannot find anything about that in the software or online anywhere anymore.
1Password Version: 8.9.4
Extension Version: 2.3.8
OS Version: macOS 11.7 (20G817)
Browser:_ Chrome

You're welcome.
The functionality wasn't removed, rather just not re-implemented in the new software (yet). They have many years of code that has to be re-written to work with the new framework.
The CSV importing in 1Password has always been limited, and it varied based on platform.
Hopefully you have what you need for now.

Thank you MrC! Much appreciated.
I guess the answer is, yes, the functionality has been removed (not happy about that), and there is a workaround (glad that it exists, and am not a big fan of workarounds as they are nothing but exactly that ... workarounds).

You can use the csv converter in the https://1password.community/discussion/101693/moving-to-1password-from-another-password-manager to create a CSV of software licenses and import them into 1Password.
