Help! I’m being thrown out if Watchtower to the Home Screen.

Being thrown out of Watchtower to home screen. Trying 1password again gets me a request for face recognition and a check mark tgen back to home screen. The third time I can get into 1Password. Cannot view Watchtower at all.

    Apologies for the trouble. You would seem to be experiencing a known issue with the Watchtower functionality on the iPad. If you have another device that you can use in the interim, you should have no trouble accessing Watchtower.

    If you remove and reinstall the app, you should get back to running. Be sure not to use the Watchtower functionality until the issue is resolved. It's filed under id # 18214, if you like to keep up with release notes.

    Optional:
    - You may be able to resolve the trouble by off-loading the app and downloading it again vs. the deletion.
    1. Open Settings and tap General.
    2. Tap iPhone Storage and give it a while to load.
    3. From the list of apps, tap the app you want to offload.
    4. Tap Offload App and confirm.
    5. Download 1Password 8 again.
