Hide the "group by" letters in password list

Hi Is it please possible to hide the "group by" letters in the password list? I've already chosen the compact view but having the category letters visible takes up valuable real estate without ad...

Thanks Dave - I knew they were related to the sort order but having the option not to show them (letters, dates etc) would be good.
