How can I make Quick Access show the relevant entries?

With most of the app I use it with, I need to type some extra characters to find the entry I need.  Is there some way to tell 1Password which entry goes with which Windows program, so the rlevant entries are listed right away?

Sometimes, it seems that it uses the current window title, but not always.
