I'm sorry that you're having trouble restoring a deleted item. Can you try to restore the item again by using the steps in this guide: View and restore previous versions of items
If that doesn't work then are you able to post a screenshot of the pop-up window that you're seeing? Make sure that the screenshot doesn't contain any sensitive information.
