How do I copy an entry's icon to another entry which has no icon
Merging two entries for the same org, one has the org's correct icon, but the other does not, but I want to keep the details for the one that has no icon - it has 'linked app' and other attributes.
How do I copy the good org's icon from one entry to the other?

I'm happy to help! Thank you for flagging those missing rich icons, I've created issues to have our team add those to our rich icons database. 🙂

1P_Dave Thanks, I got it now you explained the process. Yes it was the Qantas icon shown. The reason why it had the icon for one but not the other was the second was Qantas.com.au, which I noticed has a redirect to qantas.com, so I assume your DB doesn't have an entry for .au. It's the same as
britishairways.co.uk
britishairways.com
ba.comOnly the middle one comes up with the ba icon, but all redirects work. I also note that it takes the icon from the first web address in the entry, so it doesn't try all to see which has a result in your DB.
Anyway, now I know where it comes from, so thanks for your replies!

Unless you add a custom icon, then the icon that you see is downloaded by 1Password from our rich icons database based on the website address that you've added to a certain item. For example, if I create a login item with
Qantas.comas the website address I see the following icon:Is that the icon that you've like to see in the item that you'd like to keep? If so then does that item have only
Qantas.comadded as a website address? Or does it have another website address?-Dave

No it's not a custom icon, is one that seemed to get created when the entry was first created, for example the Australian airline Qantas.com has the corp logo on one entry, but on another entry, which is associated with the Qantas app, it just has their url, and the icon is ww (www.qantas.com)

Hi AntonyB, thanks for reaching out!
From what I understand, it sounds like a custom icon you're dealing with, is that correct? If so, do you have access to the icon image on your device? Additionally, do you intend to keep any of the other information from the item that contains the correct icon?
I look forward to hearing from you!
