Thanks for the question. You can find our guide for search here: Search in the 1Password app to find what you need

If I open the 1Password for Mac app and enter a URL into the search field at the top of the app then I see items with that URL in the search results. Can you tell me a little more about the difficulties that you're running into? Are the URLs in the website address field within a login item? Or are they saved somewhere else in an item?
