How to I turn on 2 factor authentication if the item doesn't appear in the Watchtower?

Question

I want to switch some 2FA items from Authy to 1Password, but I don't see how. There is no option that I can find in the item itself to do this. I know the account in question (proton mail) has 2FA.

1Password Version: 8.8.0
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Mac OS 12.5.1
Browser:_ I use Firefox and Safari.
