How to preview a file

I create a new item (document) upload a file (pdf or jpg) but the only option I see is to download this file.
What I want is to see the jpg or a preview of de pdf, is that possible?

Hey robert1p, it's not currently possible to view an image from within 1Password 8 for Windows (the above post was for 1Password 7) but we do have an internal feature request open for this. While I can't make any promises, I will add your voice to that request to highlight user interest.

Hmm, I have the same issue. I was hoping to see small images displayed by the 1Password app, but my small pic does not. My jpg file is only 192.1 KB with a resolution of 1010x649, and the Windows app does not display the image; it only provides an option to download the image.

Hey @BSchoots, thanks for reaching out. You may be unable to preview your image due to the size and/or resolution of the file. Document previews are limited to JPG, PNG, GIF, or BMP images that are 1MB or smaller in file size, and a resolution of 1920x1080 or less. It's not possible to preview PDF files.

    I hope this helps!
