How to retrieve an potentially overwritten login?

Question

I may have overwritten an existing login for a website - I can't find the login in 1Password anymore, and I am sure it has not been deleted. Since I have a lot of entries in 1Password for this particular website, I would like to know how to retrieve the old entry?
The email address (my search criterion in 1Password) and password must have been overwritten. That's why I can't search for the entry.
Is there a function where I can view and check the recent changes on items, especially for changed usernames?

You can use 1Password.com to find previous versions of items:

☞ View and restore previous versions of items
