I am wanting to export m my data to a csv file and can't find the file tab.

I'm trying to follow these instructions: Open and unlock 1Password. Choose File > Export and select the account you want to export. Anf can't find the file tab in either the extension or the web account.

    I'm sorry that you're unable to find the one-time password for 2FA. I see that you're currently discussing the issue with the support team over email and I recommend that you continue the conversation there since they have access to your account information. To prevent having the same conversation in two places at once I'm closing this thread.

    Thank you Grey. I've downloaded the desktop ap and it's asking me for 2FA and I cannot find the number. Any thoughts?

    Hi there Drubine

    Those instructions will work in the full 1Password desktop app for Mac, Windows, or Linux. You can download and install 1Password for Mac from here:

    ☞ 1Password - Downloads - Mac

    Then, when you've signed in to your 1Password account, you'll find the File menu in the top-left corner of the screen, near the Apple menu.
