I bought 1Password many years ago. It has been working fine until today.

Trying to get it to work on my own I deleted the old 1Password (version 7, I think) and tried to reinstall it from the Apple App store. This did not go well.

    Hello @blueshound66! 👋

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble reinstalling 1Password 7. Can you tell me if you purchased a license for 1Password 7 in the past or if you have a 1Password membership with a subscription?

    Back in the summer we launched 1Password 8 which is a free upgrade if you already have a 1Password membership. Are you trying to install 1Password 7 or 1Password 8? What happens when you try to install the app? Do you see any error messages?
