I'm sorry that you're having trouble unlocking 1Password, I know how stressful a situation that can be. As a start, try the suggestions in this article to find your Secret Key:

Our support team will ask you a few questions about how you're using 1Password to better understand that situation and help further. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678].
