I can't invite 1Password users to my Chinese branch of a Japanese company.

I am a reseller of 1Password in Japan.

I received a question from a user of 1Password who purchased it through me.

1) The license administrator is in Japan.

2) I sent an email to invite my Chinese subsidiary to use 1Password.

3) I have been able to invite subsidiaries in Taiwan, Korea, and the US without any problems.

4) When authenticating on behalf of someone in Japan, I was able to authenticate with a Chinese email address. (I was able to invite them.)

China has a national firewall called the Great Wall, which can control and block communication to the outside world. Is a VPN necessary when using 1Password in China?

I have attached a screenshot of the failed authentication.

The text in the image is

"When I click on the link in the invitation email from within my office in China, the image below appears and I cannot proceed."

"The expiration date of the invitation link is within the period, so there is no problem."

"I tried several times, but the result was the same every time."

The Chinese text on the right side of the screen is

The attachments, images, and links of this email have been blocked because the sender is not on the safe sender list. The contents/display of no-reply@1password.com have been blocked."

How can I solve this issue?

Thank you!

Hi Tomita! Thanks for letting us know about this issue that your client is seeing.

To start, I would recommend the recipients of the invitation, or the person/team that manages their email account add "@1password.com" to their safe sender list. If they're continuing to see issues after updating the safe sender list, get in touch with our team at support@1password.com and we'll be able to help dig into any specifics to resolve this. Thanks again!
